Nine drown in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD - Nine people were drowned while bathing on the coast of Gaddani in southern Pakistan Tuesday, officials said.
The victims, who belonged to the Karachi city, were picnicking on the coast to celebrate Eid.
Strong waves pulled 15 people into the ocean. Six people were rescued but nine others drowned.
The lifeguards retrieved the bodies from the water.
