KUALA LUMPUR - The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM) chief N. Siva Subramaniam has urged NGOs working for the upliftment of Malay-Indians to inform Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak about the issues concerning the community.

The Star Online quoted Subramaniam as saying that the NGOs should raise issues plaguing the community in a memorandum and have a discussion with Razak in order to find a solution.

He pointed out that Indians felt left out when it came to job and business opportunities and securing seats in local universities. (ANI)
