More snow, rain in Himachal Pradesh

SHIMLA - Several high and mid hills of Himachal Pradesh experienced more snowfall, while rain lashed the lower areas Wednesday, the meteorological office said here.
The tribal districts of Lahaul and Spiti, Kinnaur and Chamba received light to moderate snowfall Tuesday night and the weather remained cloudy.
The meteorological office said Kalpa in Kinnaur district recorded a minimum of zero degrees Celsius, while Keylong, the district headquarters of Lahaul and Spiti, recorded a low of 0.8 degrees Celsius.
Lower areas of the state experienced light to moderate rain throughout the day.
Shimla received 12 mm of rain, followed by Sundernagar (9 mm) and Dharamsala (5 mm).
