LONDON - Hollywood actress Mischa Barton has sparked health fears after dropping three dress sizes.
Barton, 23, had been sporting a curvier look with a size 12 figure since leaving teen drama, ‘The OC’ but has cause a stir with her 6-8 figure looking gaunt and skinny lately, reports mirror.co.uk.
