Manmohan hails Obama’s Nobel win

HYDERABAD - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Friday conveyed his wholehearted congratulations to US President Barack Obama for winning the Nobel Peace Prize.
Manmohan Singh told reporters here that he had not heard of the news. But if what you say is true, I wish to send my wholehearted congratulations to his excellency the president, he told a reporter.
