Iraq bomb explosion kills six

BAGHDAD - Six people were killed and eight others injured Sunday in a roadside bomb explosion in Iraq’s southern city of Basra, a police source said.
Two policemen and four civilians were killed in the blast targeted at a police patrol in Basra’s Hamdan neighbourhood, the source said.
The wounded were four policemen and four civilians.
The oil-rich Basra is the second largest city in Iraq.
