Healthcare Realty declares dividend of 38.5 cents

NASHVILLE, Tenn. —Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. on Monday said its board declared a dividend of 38.5 cents for the second quarter.

The real estate investment trust, which specializes in outpatient healthcare facilities, said the dividend is payable Sept. 4 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 21.
