Germany’s Mercedes Benz Cars sees June sales levels decline 7 percent

I am flabbergasted and appalled with Mercedes Benz. My wife and I were both laid off and we have hit some really hard times. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old to feed and take care of, which adds to the sever financial stress we are under. Mercedes Benz Financial has been an UTTER AND CHILLING-NIGHTMARE to deal with during this time in our lives. Let me explain. Our payment is due on the 23rd of the month. If the payment is not received on the due date, they start calling THE VERY NEXT DAY. They call 2 or 3 times an hour, 7 days a week, until the payment is made period. There is NOTHING we can do to stop the calls separate and apart from making the payment. They call and call and call NON STOP!!! The phone starts ringing at 7:00 AM and rings until 8:00 PM. No hyperbole here. It is absolute insanity and has caused more stress than I can explain in this letter. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A CAR FROM THESE NAZI THROW BACKS. When times get hard the true character of those you deal with surfaces and Mercedes Benz is toxic waste along these lines. Our relationship with Mercedes is irrevocably OVER. They have caused so much added pressure to our situation that no material object on the face of the earth is worth the price. I am floored by the low life tactics taken by this company. Their behavior is bizarre, socially violent and aught to be illegal if it is not already. When I borrowed money from Mercedes Benz, I signed a contract which stipulated specific punitive actions that the company could and would take in the event of a breach by me. For example; I agreed to pay a late fee after 10 days, I agreed to have my credit report negatively effected if I did not make my payment on time, I agreed to have the car repossessed for non payment etc. We entered into a contract relationship with them so that we would both know what to expect if things went bad. BUT I DID NOT AGREE OR SIGN UP TO BE CALLED 10 TO 15 TIMES A DAY AFTER BEING ONE DAY LATE. NOR WOULD I HAVE EVER BOUGHT THE CAR AND FINANCED IT THROUGH MERCEDES, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAD THESE COLLECTION TACTICS BEEN DISCLOSED TO ME UP FRONT. My family is under extreme pressure and Mercedes Benz as an organization has exacted a severe and crushing toll on us that exceeds any value of any kind that their product could have ever delivered. I will NEVER do any business of any sort with this company ever again.
