GE, Lumber Liquidator announce consumer credit card agreement

GE, Lumber Liquidator in consumer finance accord

KETTERING, Ohio — GE Money, the consumer lending unit of General Electric Co., and Lumber Liquidators, a hardwood flooring retailer, announced Monday a multiyear consumer financing agreement.

A Lumber Liquidators credit card offers consumers a card with no annual fee and special financing options and online account management.

GE Money’s sales finance unit is based in Kettering, Ohio. Lumber Liquidators is in Toano, Va.

Shares of GE slipped 18 cents, or 1 percent, to $15.90 in afternoon trading. Lumber Liquidators rose 89 cents, or 4 percent, to $23.39.
