Four militants killed in J and K

KUPWARA - At least four militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday.

According to a defence spokesman, acting on a tip-off, security forces launched a search operation to flush out hiding militants.

The operation was started in the Bangas Valley on Saturday.he search parties confronted a group of hiding militants and asked them to surrender, but the ultras opened fire triggering a fierce gunbattle. (ANI)
