Formula Systems announces departure of CFO

NEW YORK — Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. said Wednesday that its chief financial officer is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

Naamit Salomon had served as an executive at the Israel-based information technology services provider for 19 years.

American depository shares of Formula Systems fell 11 cents to $8.68 in afternoon trading.
