Flight carrying Chidambaram makes emergency landing in Chennai

CHENNAI - A Chennai-Coimbatore Jetlite flight with Home Minister P. Chidambaram on board made an emergency landing at Chennai airport. on Friday.

According to sources, the flight was forced to return reportedly after experiencing mid-air engine trouble.

The flight took off at 6:45 a.m. and returned at 7:45 a.m. The Home Minister later landed safely in Coimbatore at around 10:00 a.m. ANI)
