THIRUVANANTHAPURAM - Dubai-based Emirates Airline Friday announced holiday packages to destinations in Asia and Europe on the occasion of Eid, a company official said.

Asha Subramanian, sales manager of Emirates Airline, said Eid is generally considered a lean period for the aviation sector and the company is optimistic that travellers will receive these value-added packages with enthusiasm.

“Emirates Holidays, the tour operator of the airline, has introduced these packages based on popular feedback from last year, wherein people were keen to travel to close-by destinations at special rates,” said Subramanian in a statement issued here.

Emirates Airline currently operates eight weekly flights from Kerala and a total of 166 weekly flights from 10 Indian destinations to Dubai.
