LONDON - A flower that is set to be unveiled at a horticultural show in Britain has been named after Welsh singer Duffy.

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has named a flower called Duffydil, reports mirror.co.uk. The singer simply said: ‘The Duffydil - brilliant.’

The flower is set to be unveiled at the RHS show in Cardiff in April.

Stephen Bennett of the RHS said: ‘I’m sure it will be popular with her fans.’
