it is an act which has been made criminal offence in the law of our country under Sec 377 of I.P.C. isnt it an immoral as well as an unhuman activity by legalising it . If our judiciary is legalising it then they should legalise whole 377 thet is sadomy as well as bestaliity!also . oh no it is disgusting part on the man who is legalising it . isnt it against the nature . Our Country believe on alw of nature where the legality of this type of act has been taken . so it should be stoped . we are facing many problems we do not want to face this shamefull act . this should be taken as a serious matter

First of all marriage is the way of meeting a man with a woman. if gays also wants to do the same find some other word to call it but not marriage because it can happen between male and female only……..

My understanding is that homosexuality was very much a feature of the Indian culture before the days of the Empire, at which point it was criminalised. I don’t understand how now many Indians choose to forget, or hide this. I don’t see what is so unnatural about allowing marriage, homosexuals are born the way they are - it is NOT a choice, or something a person does if they have been mistreated by the opposite sex (I couldn’t believe the suggestion of that one). It is also not a cultural point - there are a considerable number of homosexual Indians who have to pretend they are someone they are not - perhaps marry someone who they can’t love and whose life they ruin due to the heavy demands of society. Everyone is entitled to airing their view, but that doesn’t mean they have the right to detriment the simple, basic human rights of others. In many countries, rights and the law have to come above religion - we do not all follow the same religion (if one at all) and should not be bound by such principles, but basic civil rights.

no body can tell you who to love or what to do when it comes down to sexuality. If you have a problem with it thats past times, we are living in the new years where you can work where you want no matter what sex or race. Gay sex has ALWAYS been there since the Time of Adam and EVE….

It was a an alternative form of living life to enjoy sexual pleasure in order to prevent pregnancies and still continue to be happy.

I am Bisexual and proud to be it ! I support Gays feeling the need to be happy. Same sex marriages however, is not something I myself would agree with, but if thats what a part of the society wants THEN WE CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT STOP THEM.

Everyone cannot agree on everything… and I may not want to encourage gay marriage… but if its what is making people happy then SO BE IT !
