NEW DELHI - A cloudy sky and light drizzle greeted Delhiites Sunday morning, leading to a dip in temperature and humidity levels.

And in more good news, the meteorological department said the weather is likely to stay pleasant through the day with intermittent showers.

This is seasonal rainfall and some areas will receive heavy showers while some areas can witness cloudy skies, said an official of the Safdurjung Meteorological Department.

Delhi had recorded 14.1 mm of rainfall Saturday.

The maximum temperature will hover around 31 degrees Celsius while the minimum is likely to be around 25 degrees.

The met office said the rains would subside within two days in the national capital and adjoining states.
