Delhi court issues warrants for Abu Salem

NEW DELHI - A Delhi court Thursday issued a warrant demanding that jailed don Abu Salem be brought before it Oct 26 in a seven-year old extortion case.
Additional Sessions Judge Pinki issued the order.
Salem was booked under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crimes Act and the Indian Penal Code for allegedly making extortion calls to Delhi businessman Ashok Gupta demanding Rs.5 crore as protection money.
