Delek US Holdings names Mark Cox as CFO
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — Energy company Delek US Holdings Inc. on Thursday named Mark Cox as chief financial officer.
Cox, 50, has nearly three decades of energy industry experience as a financial officer, most recently working at Western Refining Inc. as senior vice president, treasurer and director of investor relations. Before that he worked for Giant Industries and Vista Chemical Co.
In April, Delek said that its then-chief financial officer, Edward Morgan, resigned to pursue another career. Several weeks later, Sugar Land, Texas-based CVR Energy Inc. announced that Morgan had become its new chief financial officer.
