Correction: State Budgets-Michigan story

LAINGSBURG, Mich. — In a Sept. 26 story about Michigan’s looming budget deadline, The Associated Press reported erroneously the surname of Connecticut’s governor. Her correct name is Jodi Rell, not Rendell.
