Correction: Navy swine flu story
WASHINGTON — In a May 8 story about sailors with swine flu, The Associated Press, relying on information from the Navy, reported erroneously that 18 sailors had swine flu. A Navy spokesman, Lt. Cmdr. John M. Daniels, said Saturday that total should not have included a sailor at the Navy Environmental and Preventive Medicine unit at Norfolk, Va. A child of that sailor has swine flu, according to Daniels.
