Corn, soybeans, oats futures rise on Chicago BOT
CHICAGO — Agriculture futures mostly rose Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery dropped 9 cents to $4.65 a bushel; December corn rose 0.5 cent to $3.645 a bushel; November soybeans added 12.5 cents to $9.485 a bushel; and oats for December delivery jumped 2.5 cents to $2.38 a bushel.
Meanwhile, beef and pork futures were mostly lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle added 0.28 cent to 84.60 cents a pound; November feeder cattle shed 0.05 cent to 93.75 cents a pound; December lean hogs dropped 0.77 cent to 52.75 cents a pound; and February pork bellies fell 0.92 cent to 83.85 cents a pound.
