HOUSTON — Continental Airlines says it will temporarily cut the number of flights to Mexico or use smaller planes due to recent lower demand.
The company said Thursday it will cut capacity to Mexico by 50 percent starting Monday and will cut departures by about 40 percent.
Continental ran an average of 450 flights a week to 29 destinations in Mexico before.
