CMS Energy tenders $309.4 million in senior notes
JACKSON, Mich. — Utility company CMS Energy Corp., said Wednesday that $309.4 million of its senior notes were tendered under an offer that expired Tuesday.
The notes include 7.75 percent senior notes due 2010 and 8.5 percent senior notes due 2011.
Shares of the company fell 9 cents to $12.34.
