NEW DELHI - Bringing respite to Delhiites, cloudy weather greeted the national capital Sunday with the weatherman forecasting thundershowers later during the day.
“The sky is partially cloudy. You may see some thundershowers later. It is mainly because of cyclonic circulation around central Rajasthan,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official told IANS.
Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 27 degrees Celsius and a humidity level of 49 percent Sunday. The official said the maximum temperature will hover around 40 degrees.
The maximum temperature on Saturday was 41 degrees while the minimum temperature was 28.7 degrees.
