Chidambaram wins Sivaganga seat

CHENNAI - Home Minister P. Chidambaram of the Congress was declared elected from the Sivaganga Lok Sabha constituency with a margin of 3,354 votes over his nearest AIADMK rival, poll officials said Saturday.
