Cubs’ Lee leaves with neck spasms

ST. LOUIS — Derrek Lee has been taken out of the Chicago Cubs’ game at St. Louis because of neck spasms.

Lee hit an RBI double in Chicago’s three-run first inning. Micah Hoffpauir replaced him at first base in the bottom half.
