Celina Jaitley pledges her eyes and Police Commissioner Mr. Sivanandhan Initiates special campaign for police personnel in Mumbai.

Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital, one of the leading eye care hospitals in Mumbai, has launched the “Care for the eye” program- a social initiative aimed at supporting the cause of eye donation, on the occasion of the hospital’s 19th anniversary.

As part of this program, Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital has initiated a special campaign for police personnel. Under this campaign, police personnel across all ranks and grades in Mumbai will be given free eye check up by the hospital along with their spouse. The eye check up will be conducted every Sunday between 10 am and 3 pm at Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital. Mr. Sivanandhan, Police Commissioner of Mumbai, inaugurated this special scheme.

Popular film actress, Celina Jaitley also graced the occasion and endorsed the noble cause by pledging her beautiful eyes.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Natarajan, Chairman and Managing Director, Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital Pvt Ltd, said, “Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital has been actively involved in creating awareness about eye donation ever since its inception in 1990. It’s been our constant appeal to everyone to support the cause of eye donation and make lives better and brighter for those struggling in the world of darkness.”
