Casella Waste Systems finance chief resigns
NEW YORK — Casella Waste Systems, a solid waste, recycling and resource management services company, said Monday that John Quinn is resigning from his role as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.
The resignation is effective Sept. 25. Quinn is leaving the company to take a position as chief financial officer at LKQ Corp., a provider of alternative replacement parts to repair automobiles and trucks.
Casella said it started searching for a new chief financial officer.
Shares of Casella, rose 1 cent to $2.76 in trading Monday.
