Calif. police seize reality contestant’s computer
BUENA PARK, Calif. — Police are reviewing the computer of a reality show contestant suspected of killing an ex-model, packing her disfigured body in a suitcase and leaving her in a trash bin in Southern California.
Buena Park police Lt. Robin Sells said Tuesday that police are analyzing the laptop, which was found in the Canadian motel room where 32-year old Ryan Jenkins committed suicide in August.
Jenkins was charged with murdering his 28-year-old wife Jasmine Fiore and fleeing the country.
Fiore was found in a suitcase in mid-August, missing the last digit of all her fingers and her teeth, presumably to hamper efforts to identify her.
Sells says police hope the computer will reveal information on Fiore’s death.
