San Francisco - The Mexican drug lord story that involves the death by killing of Arturo Beltran Levya, has come as a shock and relief to the Mexican Navy. The drug lord was killed along with three other members of his cartel in the complex of an upscale apartment in Cuernavaca, a few miles south of Mexico City. The four men had been killed during a tiff that broke out between the drug cartel and the Mexican Navy, and ended in a shootout. The incident happened on Wednesday, Dec. 16.
