LONDON - Singer Britney Spears’ father wants one of the pop star’s top fan sites closed because it keeps breaching copyright rules by posting unauthorised photos, lyrics and videos online.

Jordan Miller, the owner of BreatheHeavy.com, has been told to shut down his site after Jamie Spears took legal action against him, reported contactmusic.com.

In a message to fans on the site’s front page, Miller is asking fans to donate funds so he can fight the legal action by Britney’s father.
