Black Box declares regular dividend of 6 cents to be paid Oct. 9

Black Box declares 6-cent dividend

PITTSBURGH — Communications equipment company Black Box Corp. said Friday that its board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid on Oct. 9 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 25.
