BANGALORE - Glamour continued to rule the third day of fashion week in Bangalore on Saturday as models sashayed down the ramp donning exquisite creations by some of the best designers of the fashion world.

This event marks the IT city’s advent on the country’s fashion map, after Mumbai and New Delhi.

Designers like Sanjay and Shammy, Suman Chowdhary, Jatin Kochar, Manovi Raj Khosla, showcased their creativity during the third day of Blenders’ Pride Bangalore Fashion Week.

Designer Manovi Raj Khosla’s creation was a collection of bold and beautiful party wears.

“The collection is basically party collection. It was basically about having fun. It was basically about going out in the night and enjoying yourself,” said Manovi Raj Khosla, a designer.

Designer Jatin Kochar named his collection “Diva 18,” which was inspired by the 80’s.

“The collections that I showed tonight was my ‘fall winter. It’s called “Diva 18″. It’s inspired by the 80’s, the disco era with a very contemporary 21st century twist,” noted Jatin Kochar, a designer.

Cricketer Robin Uthappa walked the ramp alongside actor Sanjana for designers Sanjay and Shammy.

Designer Suman Chaudhary also showcased his bridal wear collections.

The four-day event, with thirty designers and sixty models, will conclude on Sunday. (ANI)
