NEW DELHI - After raising aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices March 15 by about 1.69 percent, or Rs.162 per kilolitre (kl), state-run oil companies once again raised prices by an average of Rs 2,750 per kl.

ATF will now cost around Rs.29,900 per kl, or about 10 percent more, industry source said.

This is the third time since last September that oil firms have raised ATF prices. They earlier had raised prices by 3.3 percent Jan 16, and again a fortnight ago.

ATF prices had peaked to Rs.71,028.26 per kl in Delhi in August last year after crude prices touched a high of $147 a barrel in the international market.
