Atlas Pipeline announces Eric Kalamaras as new CFO

Atlas Pipeline fills key post

PHILADELPHIA — Atlas Pipeline Partners LP said Thursday that Eric Kalamaras will fill two key positions for the company.

Kalamaras was appointed as chief financial officer for both Atlas Pipeline Partners GP LLC, the company’s general partner, and Atlas Pipeline Holdings GP LLC, which is the general partner of Atlas Pipeline Holdings LP.

The appointment will begin on Sept. 14.

The former CFO, Matthew A. Jones, will remain the chief financial officer for Atlas America Inc.

Kalamaras has worked for Wells Fargo Securities, since 2003.
