6.3 magnitude earthquake hits Italy

ROME - An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Open Richter Scale has reportedly rocked central Italy, 53 miles northeast of Rome.
A Fox News report quoted the U.S. Geological Survey as saying that the quake happened at 3.32 a.m. local time. There was no immediate confirmation of any casualty. Further details are awaited. (ANI)
